Return & Refund Policy – Intune Wellness

At Intune Wellness, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to all terms outlined below.
Return & Refunds
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not shipped or entered freight processing.
- A 3% cancellation fee applies to all approved cancellations.

Product Guarantee & Damages
Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.
- Any damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims must include clear photo and/or video proof.
- All original packaging must be retained.
Report damage claims to: support@intunewellness.com
Upon review, Intune Wellness may provide: replacement parts, product replacement, repair assistance, or a refund/exchange (at our discretion). Failure to report damage within 7 days may result in denial of the claim.
Return & Exchange Initiation
- Approved returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers must contact Intune Wellness via our “Contact Us” form, or call 1-833-627-7245.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted via email to: support@intunewellness.com.
- Return must be shipped to our facility: 5100 w foundation ct, Sioux falls South Dakota 57107, United States
- Return instructions are provided only after approval.
Product Condition Requirements
For any approved return or exchange:
- Products must be in original packaging.
- Items must be in near-new, unused condition.
- Massage chairs must be fully disassembled and properly repackaged.
- All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
Returns that do not meet these standards may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
If a product is deemed unfit for return, the customer will be given the option to (a) pay for reshipment, or (b) work with support on alternative processing. If no decision is made within 14 days, the product will be considered abandoned and recycled or disposed of, with no refund issued.
Restocking Fees
- All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- The fee is calculated from the original purchase price.
- The restocking fee is non-refundable.
Refund Limitations & Deductions
Approved refunds are issued minus:
- 20% restocking fee
- All outbound and return shipping or freight charges
- White Glove Delivery or in-home setup fees
- Commercial warranties or promotional service plans
- Financing-related 8% transaction or processing fees
Extended warranties are refundable, provided no claims have been filed.
Exchanges
- Exchanges require full disassembly and repackaging.
- Price differences will be credited or billed accordingly.
- Exchange approval is subject to inspection and availability.
Refused Deliveries
- If a delivery is refused, the order is treated as a return.
- The 20% restocking fee applies.
- All shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Post-Shipment Cancellations
- Any order canceled after shipment is treated as a return.
- The 20% restocking fee applies.
- Both outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Additional deductions may apply for damage or missing items.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
- Additional time may be required for the refund to appear on the customer’s statement.
- All refunds are issued after inspection and deductions.
Warranty Coverage
Products include a manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or misuse

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Intune Wellness before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may result in loss of warranty coverage, order blacklisting, and additional administrative fees.
Customer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase with Intune Wellness, the customer confirms they have read and understood this Return & Refund Policy, agreed to the 20% restocking fee, and accepted all shipping, cancellation, and refund conditions.
