Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders placed through https://intunewellness.online are processed shortly after purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time: 12–14 business days after online purchase. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier scheduling, weather conditions, or regional access.

Shipping Options

1) Curbside Delivery

Cost: Free
Average Shipping Time: 10–14 business days

This is our standard delivery method for massage chair purchases.

  • Massage chair arrives unassembled in original factory packaging
  • Delivery is made to the curb, carport, or building entryway
  • Customer is responsible for moving the chair indoors

Massage chairs are heavy. Assistance from a friend or family member is strongly recommended. Most chairs include wheels on the base to help with movement.

If stairs are involved, the freight company is not responsible for carrying the chair upstairs.

Assembly Information

  • Some models require light assembly
  • No special tools or skills required
  • Assembly typically involves attaching air hoses, arms, or ottoman
  • Estimated setup time: 30–90 minutes

2) White Glove Delivery (Room of Choice Installation)

Cost: $399.00
Average Shipping Time: 10–14 business days
White Glove Delivery can take longer based on customers availability for this service

This premium service includes professional delivery, unpacking, placement, and installation.

  • Two-person professional delivery team
  • Delivery to room of choice
  • Stair carry (if required)
  • Unpacking and full installation
  • Removal of packaging materials

Scheduling

Once your massage chair arrives at the White Glove terminal, please allow 3–5 business days for the installation team to contact you to schedule delivery.

If you do not receive a call after 3 business days, please contact us and we will assist.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, Intune Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carrier scheduling
  • Weather or natural events
  • Regional access limitations
